Your company name and VAT number live in My Account → Personal Details, in the Company info card. Edit them there, and your VAT number appears on every invoice from the moment you save it.

Need a different company name, VAT number or registration on a specific delivery address — for example a subsidiary? Set those per address in My Account → Addresses when you add or edit the address.
