At HelloPrint, we offer two high-quality materials for our custom teardrop banners, each designed for specific needs:
- Recycled RPET Material – Made from 100% recycled PET bottles, this eco-friendly polyester has a fine structure that enhances colour vibrancy with a slightly glossy finish. It is wind-permeable and hemmed to prevent fraying, making it a durable and sustainable choice for your teardrop banners.
- Air Mesh Material – A lightweight 120 gsm canvas with tiny perforations for superior wind resistance, making it perfect for open areas, coastal locations, and breezy environments. The print appears slightly less bright than on standard flag materials, but it ensures long-lasting durability in outdoor conditions.
What is the lifespan of Teardrop Flag?
The lifespan of the teardrop flag is approx. 3 to 5 months while using it intensively. You can expand the lifespan by bringing the flags inside in harsh weather.
What wind power can teardrop flags withstand outside?
We advise bringing your flags inside if gale force reaches 7. This will greatly improve the lifespan of your flags.
How can I set up my teardrop flag in the best way?
For the best set-up of your teardrop flag we recommend pulling your flag as far as possible through the flag tunnel so it's as tightly pulled as possible. This way your flag will not get creased and won't damage easily.
What is the diameter of the pole that comes with the teardrop flag?
The diameter of the pole that comes with the flag is ±2cm.
Are the custom teardrop banners printed single or double sided?
Our flags are printed on one side as standard. This means that your logo is visible as a mirror image on the back. The print-through of our flags is around 95%.
Is it possible to print my teardrop flag double-sided?
Our teardrop flags are printed single-sided by default.
Is it possible to print the tunnel strip in the design colours?
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible.
How do the colours come out in the print?
The colours printed on flag fabrics will never be as sharp as they are on your screen, especially the colour black. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
