Design guidelines

Submit your file in 100% black (no greyscale).: Make sure that your artwork is provided as 100% black, greyscale is not possible to convert into a stamp.
Fonts should be at least 7 pt.: Fonts should be at least 7 pt.
Resolution of at least 300 dpi.: Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 300 dpi.
Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats.: Save your files in an editable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
Submit your file in Vector.: For your Office stamps, we need a vector file to ensure the print quality. Not sure if you have a vector file, or do you want to know how to create it? Please read our Pixels vs. Vector article.
Bleed margin is not needed: Bleed margin is not needed.
Safety margin is not needed.: There is no safety margin needed for this product.

What is the fastest possible turnaround?

The fastest possible turnaround for Office stamps is:

Please note: Only applicable for products which require your design: To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product, on time (also called cut-off time). This way, the product can be moved into production on time. The deadline is always communicated at the final step when putting your product together and in the box on the right which details your entire order.
The cut-off time for your printed item may vary. This depends on the combination you choose. This has to do with the manufacturing technique and / or the order quantities.
Please note: The product delivery shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't supplied before the next cut-off time.

Which production techniques do you use?

For the production of Office stamps, we use the following technique(s):
Laser Engraving: A Stamp is engraved with a laser engraving machine. A slice of rubber, with the same thickness everywhere, is placed in the engraving machine, where the stamp is cut. The process is digitally controlled. As soon as the plunger plate comes out of the laser, it is washed and then it goes into the assembly process. All rubber plates are mounted on the right models of stamps and shipped.
Whit what colours can I order stamps?
The stamps can be orderd with the following colours: red, black, blue and green.

Are the ink pads supplied separately?

No, the ink pad is incorporated in the stamp. The technique whereby you first have to press the ink stamp on a stamp pad is outdated.

How many prints can I make with one stamp (pad)?

You can make 4.000 to 7.000 prints with one stamp (pad).

I can't find the product I'm looking for. Can I request a quotation?

The Office stamps that is chosen in most cases can be selected via our website.
If your material type, weight, quantity, size or other specification is not listed, you can request a quotation. It is also possible to request binding in another colour. We will send you our offer within 1 working day. Depending on the complexity, this can take a bit longer.

Design check: Upload your design. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before the order gets sent to production.
