What we can't guarantee
Our promises apply to everything we and our print partners have control over. A few things are out of our hands — and we'd rather be honest about them:
Your supplied file
If the print file you supply contains typos or layout errors, we can't take responsibility for that. Always check your file carefully — our file check helps, but the content stays yours.
Incorrect delivery details
If the delivery address is wrong, we can't guarantee the print partner delivers your order on time. Always check your details carefully.
Extreme weather
Carrier delays caused by extreme weather are sadly beyond our control and that of the print partner.
Busy periods
During peak periods (such as December), slight delays can occur in production and delivery.
