Why do I need to pay an extra charge if I choose 'Pay on Invoice'?

For the payment option 'Pay on invoice', we are asking for an extra charge of 2% of the order amount (with a minimum charge of 1.99€), as invoicing requires more administrative work than instant electronic payments.
