What is Secured Delivery?

Secured Delivery is an optional paid add-on you can choose at checkout.

If your order arrives after the latest promised delivery date, we'll refund 20% of the order value. It's a refund promise for late delivery — it doesn't change how your parcel is handled, and it isn't a guarantee against loss or damage.
