Your order moves through five simple stages. Here's what each one means:
- Submitted — we've received your order.
- Artwork — we're checking your files and preparing your proof. We'll let you know if we need anything from you, or once your proof is ready to approve.
- Production — your approved files are being prepared and printed.
- Shipped — your order is on its way, and you'll have a tracking link to follow it.
- Delivered — your order has arrived.
Two other states can appear alongside these:
- On hold — occasionally an order pauses, for example if we need something from you. We'll show what's holding it up and what's needed to continue.
- Cancelled — the order, or an item in it, has been cancelled.
