If something isn't right with your order, you can let us know in a couple of minutes.
Open the order in My Account and select “Report a problem”, or go to My Account → Support and start a new message, choosing the category that fits.
Tell us what went wrong and we'll investigate. Where the fault is ours, we'll put it right — usually a reprint, refund or credit. You can follow your message, its status and our reply under My Account → Support; each one has its own reference (for example C-A3F9C2D1).
