How do I attach files to my message?

Photos or documents often say more than words — you can attach them when you send your message. Look for the Attach files field on the form.

What we can accept:

• Photos: JPEG, PNG or HEIC
• Documents: PDF, DOCX or TXT
• Up to 5 files per message, 10 MB each

For print-quality problems, a clear photo of the printed product in daylight helps us resolve things fastest.
