Can I delete my account?

Yes — but please note that deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. Once your account is deleted you lose access to it for good: you won't be able to log back in, and your order history and saved details can't be recovered. If you'd like to use Helloprint again in future, you'll need to create a new account.

If you'd still like to go ahead, contact us via our contact form and select the 'Other' category, letting us know you'd like your account deleted.
