A5 Notebook with Coffee Ground Cover

Here, leftover coffee grounds are given a new purpose. Combined with cork and polyester and applied to a sturdy cardboard cover, they create a tough, textured finish in a range of brown tones, and in doing so extend the life cycle of the coffee beans they came from. Because the materials are organic, each notebook or batch can vary a little in colour. The A5 format holds approximately 80 sheets, or 160 pages, of lined, cream paper weighing 70 g/m², with a ribbon bookmark and an elastic band featuring a gunmetal detail. Keep in mind that the textured cover makes fine logo details, thin lines and small lettering more difficult to print.
