Here are the steps:

1. In the product for which you would like to add the artwork, scroll down to “Product data” and in the dropdown, select “Single product” or “Variable product”, based on whether you will be selling just one variation or multiple variations of the product. Please see this WooCommerce Variable Product Help Center page for information on how to set up a variable product.

2. Enter a SKU name under “Inventory”

3. Copy this SKU name and keep it somewhere handy. Save the changes made to the product.

4. In WordPress Admin, go to HelloPrint → “Order Presets”
‍

5. Click Add Order Preset
‍

6. Fill in the following:

7. Then if an order comes in, it will check if there is a match with the preset. If there is a match, the order will be processed with the uploaded artwork. 

a) You can see this by clicking into an order in “Orders” and downloading the image attached to that specific order through the preset:

c) Then on the right-hand side of the screen, click “Place Order” under HelloPrint Action to send the order to HelloPrint.

Note: The preset is linked to a SKU, so it can technically be linked to multiple products.
