These are as follows:

• “Completed”: order has been fulfilled & delivered
• “Processing”: HelloPrint has received the order and is working on fulfillment
• “On Hold”: there is something keeping the order from being processed. You can check on the righthand side of the screen under “Order notes” to see what might be the issue, for example, pending payment.
