My products are not showing up in my category when I try to bulk upload. What’s going on?
This can happen sometimes when the backend needs to process a lot of uploads. In case your products are not showing up for a particular category, the best course of action is to delete the category that is failing (Dashboard → Products → Categories) and then recreate the category (making sure to put it back under the correct parent category, if applicable). Then refresh the bulk upload page and try again. Your products should now appear.
