If an order is placed for a HelloPrint product, the order will be processed automatically.

If, however, you have a product listed as a “variable product” or “single product” due to it having customized artwork, then once an order is placed in your store, it will show up under “Orders” in WooCommerce admin. On the right hand side of the screen, you’ll see a box “HelloPrint Action”.

Click “Place Order” and the order will be sent to our database. We’ll take care of the rest!
