How do the branded print and merch stores work?
The branded print and merch stores are webshops with selected branded items you chose to make available for order.
From our Global Print Catalogue, which houses all of HelloPrint’s product assortment, you decide, which products you would like to have added to your print and merch stores, respectively.
As a rule this is done before the set-up of your Print Portal with the respective samples of chose products sent to you for approval.
Once you inform our team of which product(s) (and the specific variation(s); for example color, print position, recyclable materials, etc.) and which asset(s) you would like to have attached to them, we will add the product(s) to your stores.
You can elect to have HelloPrint design the product mockup, or your design/marketing team can provide mockups if that is your preference.
Visitors of your print stores will be able to place orders from your Print and Merch stores, depending on to whom you grant access rights. Please see the next question for more information on this.
