How do I manually place an order, for example if I receive an order from a customer via email/telephone?
In WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Orders. Click “Add New Order”. Fill in the customer billing and shipping information, as well as the items that are to be ordered. You can add products, specific HelloPrint products, as well as taxes and shipping fees here.
Adding the products and associated fees will calculate the total payable price, and you can then generate an invoice to send to the customer. Once everything in the order is ready to go (you can choose to wait for payment or proceed without the payment), click “Place order” under HelloPrint action. This will send the order to our database, and we will proceed with fulfillment.
