The first step is to set up your categories under “Products” → “Categories”. As a general guideline, we suggest adding them per the general set-up on our website: https://www.helloprint.co.uk/all-products.

Once your categories have been set up, go to “HelloPrint” → “Bulk Add Products”. Filter by the category you’d like to add on the right-handside, or type in a keyword in the search bar, to populate all relevant products. Once you’ve selected the items you’d like to upload, click “Add to Category” on the left-hand side and select the WooCommerce category to which you would like to add the product(s). Allow the plugin a few minutes to add all the products.

There are also plugins for WooCommerce to create categories via excel/CSV import.
