Do you provide any automated shipping/tracking info to my end-customers via WooCommerce?
No. WooCommerce is a white label solution, and therefore HelloPrint does not have any communication with your end customers about any portion of the shipment. We do, however, send shipping, fulfillment, and tracking information to WooCommerce for your visibility.
Because of how WooCommerce is set up, shipment tracking information is placed under “order notes” and not under the shipment meta fields. A workaround for this is to install one of the 2 plugins below in order to make sure the shipment information is placed under the correct fields so you and your end-customers can properly receive shipment information.
