If you want to have a lower price for a specific product (to compete with your competitors and be the most affordable), you can do that by going to your dashboard - Products - All Products find the one you want to change and then Edit.

You will then be in the specific product editing page. From there scroll down to “Product data” then click Helloprint products. Under “Product margin options” select “Set Product Margin” and set the percentage of margin you want.

If you want to make a product a specific price and want to calculate the margin manually set “Product margin%” to 0 and click Update in the top right corner. (You will come back and change it after the next step)

*Please note that the base cost price can change depending on the changes our pricing team makes in Connect and as stated we don’t notify you of these changes, they are automatic.

To see the current cost price of the product, set the product margin to 0% and then go to the right top corner in the tab “Publish” click “Preview Changes”. This will lead you to the product page. Go through the funnel of product options to get to the price. At Quantity “1” you will see the cost price.

From this navigate to Calculator. Put in the Cost of the 1 quantity and set the price you want in “Revenue”. The Margin you see in the calculator can then be put into the  Product margin (%) where we previously put 0%

To save all the changes clock “Update” and see your changes on “Preview changes”
