Submission specifications

Use the right colours (PMS or CMYK).: When you choose to print a product with solid colours, the design must be supplied with Pantone Solid colours. If you choose for a full-colour print, then your file should be supplied in CMYK. You can find out here more about the different colour modes.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.: For textile products the fonts should be at least 12 pt.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.: Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Check your artwork on overprint.: Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design. You can read more about overprint in our Help Centre.
Bleed margin is not needed: Bleed margin is not needed.
Safety margin is not needed.: There is no safety margin needed for this product.
Submit your file in Vector (1-4 colours or embroidery) or in Pixels (Full colour print): The type of file you need to upload for this product depends on the number of colours you would like to print the product with. When you choose to print your product with solid colours, we need a vector file to ensure the print quality. When you choose to print your product in full-colour, we need a pixel file. Which production techniques do you use?

Screen printing is useful for large quantities of prints. Screen printing is relatively expensive to start, but the time and cost to print is much lower than with DTG.
Embroidery: An embroidery sewing machine is used to create patterns and printings on textile products. Your design will be turned into a digital embroidery card. This embroidery card is needed to control the machine and to print your design on a textile product.

Which carriers are used for the delivery?

For the delivery of Blouse , we use our most reliable carriers which, in most cases, are UPS or DPD.

How do I have to supply my artwork?

It is possible to supply your design files in multiple ways. For the best result, we kindly ask you to please supply your files in vector. If the logo consists of Pantone colours, it should be saved as vector. Vector means that the design isn't made of pixels, but out of lines.

What are the washing instructions?

Screen printing / embroidery: Wash inside out at a maximum of 40 degrees
Full colour print: Wash inside out at a max of 30 degrees

How long will the print last?

With silk-screen printing and embroidering, the decoration will last at least 20 washes. After 20 washes the print may begin to fade in colour. In the case of a full colour, the printing will last at least 10 washes and the print can become less fierce after the first wash (2-10% less), especially with light fabrics. The above is only applicable if you strictly adhere to the washing instructions for the different types of printing.

Can the print positions deviate from the print?

Printing Blouse is different from printing paper, not a single Blouse is the same. It can be that there is a small deviation in the position of the print. This is minimal and often not visible when the Blouse are worn.
