2 layers are good, 3 layers are better, 4 layers are best! These reusable, personalisable masks offer enhanced comfort and protection when compared to the standard dual layered masks. The first layer is devoted completely to your comfort, the two middle layers provide extra filtration. However, the final, outer layer not only provides additional protection, but is perfect for printing your very own personalised design in full colour printing. They also come with elastic bands to secure the mask, perfect for comfort and placement. These masks really are the pinnacle of quality, protection and comfort. Please note that these masks are not intended for medical use.
A minimum line thickness of 2pt (0.7mm) and a print area of 325x165mm (only on the sides, not in the center as will be stitched). The colour choice concerns the elastic bands. The background colour has to be provided in the design file.- Reusable up to 50 times

- What type of material are 4 layer face masks made?

4 layer face masks is made from: The inner layer is OEKO-TEX certified 100% cotton soft fabric on the skin. The middle layer is a non-woven filter layer (PN-EN 689) which filters dust and other particulate matter, with a filtration capacity of 96% at 6h exposure. Third layer is a durable non-woven polypropylene for increased filtration of small particles and added protection. The outer layer 100% polyester is perfect for sublimation. The mask is made from two fabric panels, which creates a conical shape with a seam down the middle.

- Are the 4 layer face masks reusable?

The masks are reusable. They must be machine washed up to 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, do not dry them mechanically or on heaters. We recommend to wash them before the first use.

- What type of particles do the face masks filter?

It filters particles larger than 0.1 micron, i.e. it stops things such as pollen, mites, mite droppings, smog, bacteria and any other particle larger than 0.1 micron. Note: This mask is recommended for personal use and is not intended for medical use.

Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
