An extra layer, an extra level of protection! Essential to protect yourself and everyone around you, our adult double layer masks are perfect for everyday use! The masks come with comfortable elastics that can be either black or white to match perfectly your printed design. The extra: they are treated with bactericidal silver ions for extra protection. A minimum line thickness of 2 pt (0.7mm) and a print of 1.7cm bleed from the stripe border all around the mask. For more technical info, check out our FAQ's!

- What type of material are Double Layer Face Masks made?

These masks are made from a 100% double-layer polyester (220GSM) with the touch and feel of a classic clothing item. The material has OEKO TEX 100 class 1 certificate and in accordance with EU decision 768/2008/WE. They are treated with silver ions which are known to be effective bacteria killers.

- Are the Double Layer Face Masks reusable?

Yes, the polyester masks are reusable and washable! They must be machine washed at 60°C. It is not recommended to use fabric softeners, to dry them mechanically and to iron them. We recommend to wash them before the first use.

No, our masks are not intended for a medical use and are intended for a personal use.

- Which production techniques do you use?

Sublimation: the printing is carried out at a high temperature, thereby the eco-friendly water based ink attaches directly to the material. The ink integrates into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
