Important Update Regarding COVID19 outbreak
I wanted to reach out to you personally informing you of the measure we’re taking during this uncertain time. First and foremost, we are focussed on the safety of you as a valued customer, the community and our employees.
Currently all our production facilities, although with adapted safety protocols are working normally. We do not expect delays at this time.
Almost all carriers have communicated that there will be no physical contact during a delivery, the driver often places the package on the ground and will ring the doorbell, signing of the package will be done by driver and will note the last 3 numbers of identification card of the receiver.
Our Customer Service team are mainly working remotely, meaning, there should be no delay in dealing with any issues you have. The quickest way to contact us is via chat or via email between 8am and 6pm.
Paying on invoice
We’re all going through uncertain times and the last thing anyone of us needs is further complications. However, we experienced a few issues over the last couple of days with customers misusing credit facilities that we have extended to them.
We're sure you’ll appreciate this is something we need to resolve quickly and to do this we are temporarily disabling the facility to pay by invoice for all customers. Of course all clients can still pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
At Helloprint we have a large international network of production facilities and a selection of delivery couriers we operate with to ensure we provide you with the best product, price and service. This gives us the flexibility of having plenty of contingency to ensure that if there is any disruption at any of our production facilities, then orders can be switched to another facility.
